You receive FREE door to door delivery of your wine (only within South Africa), pre-release special offers and discounts, our newsletters, and invitations to all our wine pairing and club dinner evenings.
Once you sign up to become a member you will receive a confirmation email of your membership, as well as our latest private client pricelist. You can then order directly on our website, and receive your free delivery (only within South Africa) between 2 – 5 working days depending on your area.
We have no limit on Wine Club Member orders so can you order whenever you like, at our private client prices. Delivery will remain free of charge for all your orders (only within South Africa) for the whole duration of your membership.
Currently free delivery only applies to Goose Wine Club Members, and only for shipments within the borders of South Africa in the following areas;
Cape Town and surrounds
JHB and Pretoria and surrounds
Durban and surrounds
Port Elizabeth and surrounds
Garden Route and surrounds
If you are not sure whether you qualify for FREE DELIVERY, please feel free to e-mail us at michele@thegoosewines.com. For all international orders a delivery fee will be worked out on an individual basis and forwarded to you well in advance of shipping.
Yes, of course. You have the option to make up your selection as per your preference. You can choose cases or bottles from our portfolio to make up your selection. The minimum amount for a Wine Club order is 6 bottles.
There is no joining fee or membership fee. You are only liable for the cost of the wines and for any delivery fees that may apply.
Once you have made payment via PayFast on our website, the proof of payment will reach us within 24 hours. The delivery will be sent out immediately upon receipt of payment, and delivery time between 2 – 5 working days depending on your area.
You may cancel your membership at any time, by just unsubscribing whenever you receive an email from us.
We truly believe that you’ll enjoy every bottle of wine from us, but The Goose Wines will refund or replace any wine that you receive if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality, but only if we are informed and notified within 3 days from date of delivery. In the unlikely event that there is a broken bottle in your case upon delivery, we will credit your account or replace the damaged bottle.
